We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. All missing and broken items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken. Please contact us at email@example.com and we'll take care of the issue immediately.
Sold Out Items
We try very hard to have sufficient stock of all the products we offer and have that stock status accurately displayed on our website. But we do run out from time to time. In these situations, you'll be notified by our staff immediately and presented with an ETA or other product options.
